Meet Adam Morris
Licensed Building Consultant & Mould Technician
With over 15 years of industry experience, I specialize in identifying and resolving complex building issues — from hidden water leaks and mould contamination to waterproofing failures and structural defects. I founded Sydney Building Diagnostics to give clients real answers, not vague reports.
I'm a licensed builder with formal qualifications in carpentry and construction, certified in waterproofing membrane application (ARDEX), and nationally accredited for mould assessment and testing.
Since 2012, I’ve focused on remedial building work, water ingress, and defect reporting.
I personally carry out every inspection and prepare every report — no subcontractors, no generic templates, just expert advice you can trust.
